Recruitment for our 2017 season will commence in early February.

You are invited to forward your CV if you would like to be considered. 

Salary subject to experience, accommodation may be provided.

Kitchen Team:
Our kitchen team consists 5 positions including Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and 2 Kitchen porters.
Experience and proven ability is expected with all these positions.
Most positions commence from early March.

Housekeeping:
We require an experienced hotel housekeeping supervisor and assistant. 
Employment commencing late March.

Bar Staff and Food Waiting Staff:
Full and part-time positions available in this department.
Experience and proven ability will be required. 
Employment commencing late March.

Night Porter/Bar Person: 12 midnight to 8am
Bar service, cleaning and security are attributes which would be beneficial in this role.
Employment commencing late March.
