Despite how popular Cruising has become in Ireland the River Shannon and Loughs are still a peaceful and calm place to relax as you cruise and take in the picturesque views of Leitrim. When Cruising around lakes and rivers there are many places where you can moor the boat and explore. Located in the heart of Leitrim Village the Leitrim Marina Hotel is the perfect location to moor your boat and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink while viewing the stunnning scenery. The village itself has many traditional pubs and restaurants with food supplies and fuel readily available.
With music every weekend Leitrim Village is well worth a visit!
Fishing
Leitrim has become a fantastic place for fishing in recent years. The roach fish has really taken off in recent years with real quality in the size of the fish.
Even during bad weather visitors and locals that fish in the lough have returned with not only a fantastic experience but an impressive catch. Water-craft plays an important role here. It’s not like pond fishing at home, but it’s a lot more rewarding and enjoyable.

Mooring
Your are welcome to moor your boat in our Private marina however use of the marina indicates acceptance of the following conditions of use.
Entry is at your own risk and Leitrim Marina Hotel accepts no liability.
Mooring is restricted to berths marked for \'hotel patrons\' only. The berths marked \'private\' are privately owned.
Register at reception where you will receive an overnight mooring pass. This pass is free of charge however failure to dispaly a pass will result in €50 per day illegal mooring fee as applied by the management company. We have no control over this fee.
Mooring lines, ribs and equipment should be correctly and safetly undertaken. Do not block or interfer with the walkway passage. Failure to ensure the walkway is clear of obstruction may leave you open to claim of negligence.
