Terms and conditions
There are certain terms and conditions we would like to draw your attention to: there are not many, and these are intended to enhance your enjoyment at Leitrim Marina Hotel. When you access, browse or use this Site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by these use terms and conditions. Thank you for taking the trouble to peruse these terms and conditions that apply to many hotels.

Rates quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. No service charge is applied. All rates are quoted and charged in Euro. All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are similarly subject to availability, a minimum number of nights stay, and a certain number of sharing guests. Although rooms may be available at the time of enquiry, rooms available under special offers will however be limited. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, the Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of the hotel and products. We would like to draw your attention to the additional terms of our online booking agent.
Deposits / Confirmations
In order to confirm your reservation, we require your credit or debit card details at the time of booking. Online bookings will require a deposit payable to our booking agent. This deposit is subject to the booking agents terms and conditions. Unless otherwise requested, we will email a confirmation of your reservation to your nominated email address. Front desk bookings are not be subject to the booking agents terms and conditions but are subject to the Hotels terms and conditions.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking 7 days from your date of arrival with no additional charge.
If you cancel between 7 days and up to 24 hours from your date of arrival you will be charged the first night of your stay. If you fail to cancel your reservation with 24 hours you will be charged the entire cost of your reservation. Our decision is final. Bookings for three or more rooms require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice or we reserve the right to charge your card in full for all or part of your booking cancelled.
By providing your card details your are indicating acceptance of these rules.
Accuracy
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, the Leitrim Marina Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of the hotel and products.

The website is intended to assist you in making a hotel reservation. Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, copyright does apply to our website and as such the un-authorised reproduction, selling, re-selling or otherwise of same is prohibited unless prior written permission to do so has been provided.

Gift Vouchers
The following terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers sales.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented on arrival
• Vouchers are not reservations. Reservations must be made in advance.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Vouchers are valid for new bookings only.
• Vouchers are only valid for the value specified and any additional charges must be paid directly by the guest
• All vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, unless specified otherwise
• Leitrim Marina Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers that are mislaid, lost or stolen.
• Only original and unaltered vouchers will be honoured.
